The HP 1990-4727 is a high-performance 10 Gigabit Ethernet SFP+ optical transceiver designed for long-reach networking applications. Supporting the 10GBASE-LR standard, it operates over single-mode fiber (SMF) with a maximum link distance of up to 10 kilometers.This transceiver uses a 1310nm DFB laser transmitter and an LC duplex optical connector, ensuring low-loss, high-quality transmission over long fiber links.
