The HPE M-Series 40GbE QSFP+ SR4 Transceiver is a high-speed optical module designed for 40 Gigabit Ethernet short-range connectivity in enterprise, high-performance computing, and data center networks. Operating over multi-mode fiber (MMF) with an 850nm short-wavelength laser, it supports transmission distances of up to 100 meters with OM4 fiber.
