The Dell 4RCH6 is an enterprise‑class 960 GB internal solid‑state drive (SSD) engineered for high‑performance storage in Dell PowerEdge servers and other systems that support PCIe Gen4 ×4 NVMe storage devices. It’s built in the standard M.2 2280 form factor, making it ideal for compact server storage where fast random and sequential read access is needed.
This SSD uses Triple‑Level Cell (TLC) NAND flash memory and is tuned for read‑intensive workloads (with an endurance rating of about 1 Drive Write Per Day (1 DWPD)).
