This SSD features KIOXIA BiCS FLASH™ 3D Triple‑Level Cell (TLC) NAND memory and comes in a standard 2.5‑inch, 15 mm form factor that fits easily into SAS server bays and enterprise storage platforms. The 24 Gb/s SAS interface with single‑ or dual‑port support enables very fast and reliable data transfer, with sequential read speeds up to about 4,200 MB/s and sequential write speeds up to around 3,650 MB/s — significantly improving throughput compared to older SAS or SATA drives. It also delivers strong random I/O performance, with up to ~720,000 IOPS for 4 KB random reads and ~340,000 IOPS for 4 KB random writes, making it ideal for data‑heavy mixed‑use workloads like databases, virtualization, web services, and data warehousing.
