The Micron 9300 Max Series 3.2TB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe U.2 Internal SSD (Model MTFDHAL3T2TDR-1AT1ZABDB) is a high-end enterprise-class solid-state drive built for demanding data center workloads and mixed-use applications. It uses a U.2 (2.5-inch, 15 mm) form factor with a PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe interface to deliver very fast storage performance, reaching up to ~3,500 MB/s sequential read and ~3,100 MB/s sequential write speeds while supporting high random throughput with around 835 K IOPS reads and 210 K IOPS writes, making it suitable for databases, virtualization, analytics, AI/ML tasks, and other latency-sensitive enterprise operations.
Built with Micron’s 64-layer 3D TLC NAND, this drive offers enterprise-grade endurance—rated for 3 drive writes per day (DWPD) over its service life.
